Everything You Need, Right Where You Need It
Music Crew isn’t just a collection of lesson plans you have to figure out yourself – it’s a complete online platform where everything is organised, ready and waiting for you. Log in, choose your year group, open your lesson, and go.

Step 1: Choose Your Year Group and Unit
Pick your class from Reception through to Year 6, then select from six engaging units per year. Each unit has a clear musical theme, from duration and notation to singing and composition. Units are carefully sequenced so that each one builds on what pupils have learned previously, with carefully structured progression across the whole year. Just click your year group, browse the unit titles, and explore.
Step 2: Open Your Lesson Folder
Click into any of the six lessons within your chosen unit. Every lesson is designed to last between forty-five minutes and an hour (but you can adapt to your timetable as needed, using the AI Magic Adaptive Planner). The lessons are numbered 1-6 so you can follow them in order, or jump to a specific lesson if you need to catch up or revisit something.
Step 3: View Your Lesson Plan
Your detailed lesson plan opens up with everything spelled out clearly – learning objectives, key vocabulary, resources list, step-by-step instructions for each activity, and how it all fits together. You can view it on screen during the lesson, or download a PDF to print and annotate if that’s easier for you. You can also copy it into our AI Magic Adaptive Planner to tailor it more specifically to your needs.
Step 4: Access Your Resources
This is where the magic happens. Click the resource buttons to instantly access Music Guru instructional videos, downloadable images and printables, audio backing tracks, knowledge summaries for pupils to take home, and quick Kahoot-style assessments. Everything opens in a new tab or downloads straight away. No hunting through folders, no broken links, no panic trying to find that one track. It’s all right there, organised and ready to go.
